Improvements
- Updated the internal list of Canadian service suburbs

- Fixed a bug that caused orders in the new orders screen to stay selected after they were marked as confirmed or labeled

- Fixed a bug that caused labels encoded with Thai glyphs to display with English glyphs
- Fixed a bug that caused Zonos quotes to fail if the country code was entered in lowercase
