Improvements

• The v3 Quote API (POST /quotes) now returns an optional price_breakdown array on successful standard, express, and click-and-collect quote objects. Each line item decomposes the quoted price into carrier cost, surcharges, fees, and taxes when cost data is available. The field is additive and backward compatible.
