Improvements

  • Updated the documentation rules so that unsupported documents are not attached so that orders are less likely to fail
  • Improved the way that LCG is quoted
  • Added support for DHL Duty Account Number
  • Improved how tariff codes are validated
  • Updated the plain label international carrier to support incoterms
  • Updated the way international orders are handled, so that an order can’t be created if customs clearance is not provided
  • Improved the look and feel of the rules engine page
  • Improved the copy on a range of errors from the quote API to make them more descriptive
  • Made small improvements to the look and feel of the document rules page
  • Updated the list of accepted file types for document rules to no longer include .csv
  • Improved the tracking page for group orders with multiple parcels
  • Updated which tracking events are sent to the Fluent Commerce integration

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused some DHL international orders to fail when being labelled
  • Fixed a bug that caused Shippy to not be able to work out the ETA for some orders
  • Fixed a bug in the returns portal that caused some orders to fail because of a rounding error when calculating weights and dimensions
  • Fixed a bug in the bulk CSV upload that caused weights to be converted incorrectly
  • Fixed a bug that caused some incorrect quotes to be retrieved when using the Add and Book Order flow on the New Orders page
  • Fixed a bug that meant error messages weren’t accurately displayed for landed cost guarantee errors
  • Fixed a bug in the Fluent Commerce integration that caused some locations to be dropped when a large number of locations were mapped
