Improvements

  • Add estimated delivery dates endpoint
  • Increased the maximum number of quotes able to be retrieved from Zonos when calculating LCG
  • Updated copy in error messages for landed cost to make them more descriptive
  • Updated copy in error messages for DDP and tax IDs to make them more descriptive
  • Updated the copy in the Returns Portal to improve information about drop off locations
  • Added support for customs freight charge and merchant ID fields in Connect CSV upload
  • Improved the response in the UI when a barcode scan matches multiple orders
  • Improved labels and descriptions so that they strip non-English characters from carriers that can’t handle them
  • Added delivery satisfaction report to the Shipping Overview dashboard in Advanced Insights

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused tracking emails for on demand orders to not show an estimated delivery date
  • Fixed a bug in bulk selection on the New Orders page
  • Fixed a bug in the Fluent integration that caused the second line of an address to not be sent to Shippit
  • Fixed a bug in the Shopify integration that caused the navigation menu not to work when opened from within Shopify
  • Fixed a bug in the Shopline integration that caused some paid orders to not synchronise
  • Fixed a bug in the returns portal that caused PUDO options to not be available
